Public speakingStage Fright. Controling a shakey voice and hands?? PLEASE HELP.?
I am due to perform on stage. Whenever I speak infront of a group even a small group my voice is very shakey and my hands shake. This is very notivable and Ive had a few people comment on my shakeyness.

Ive been there! It helps to practice your speech in front of a mirror.
