Ugh. Congrats on making one of the most redundant and believe me, thoroughly refuted arguments. A certain amount of faith is required to live and function. One could very well make the argument that we dont know the sun wont explode and kill us all, within an hour. But one, there is plenty of evidence and experience suggesting that it probably wont, and two, if you assume that it will, just because you dont know that it wont, youll most likely destroy your life in the process. Theres a difference between that faith, and the quotbelieve in God just becausequot faith. If your argument holds true, anything I can dream up exists. To insist that one believe in God is no different than insisting that one believe in unicorns or Santa Claus. Do you know they dont exist? No? Then why dont you believe in them? You believe the sun will rise, dont you?brbrOn your next point, then where did God come from? Who created him? Hes just always been there? Why dont you explain why its impossible for all the matter in the universe to have simply existed. The laws of physics only state that we cant create more of it, not that it couldnt have simply always been there.brbrIf there is no God, why do we have a conscience? Well, why do we have any feelings? None of it does anything to support the existence of God. One makes associations between actions and experiencesconsequences. Feel like telling me why its impossible that you simply feel bad because you associate what you did with something negative? Why do some people not seem to have a conscience? Do you think its more likely that they fail to make connections between their actions and consequences, and lack empathy, or that God just forgot to give them one?brbrWhy are the conditions on this planet just right for the kind of life that exists on this planet? Because life developed in response to environment. Life developed to survive on this planet, based on the conditions on this planet. Can you say with certainty that life as we know it is the only form of life that exists? And even if it is, so life occurred on the planet whose conditions were favorable for it. No surprise there.
