No, masturbation is actually very healthy for you. Looking at porn isnt bad for you, no matter what anyone or any group tells you, its your life. But no, in summary, neither of them are physically bad for you, the porn could be mentally bad if you were weak in the head and unable to differentiate between reality and that though.
